I guess they suffer from the same long exposure noise. Have you tried turning noise reduction on? That might cure it, but I don't know if that camera has the feature. Those traffic trail shots are tasty, it looks like you live in a pretty nice place too. I am jealous! Severe lack of locations that are near to me here in the UK. Sony Alpha?
